We have conducted a three-part test to ensure that our interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms :
Purpose Test: To professionally present project documentation to potential financiers.
Necessity Test: Sharing your data is necessary to achieve the purpose of securing financing, as our financiers must review your information to make a decision.
Balancing Test: We handle your data only to the extent necessary, subject to strict confidentiality, and we never process it in ways you would not reasonably expect. We also provide you with clear information and rights, ensuring your interests are protected.
3. Categories of Personal Data We Process
In the course of preparing your project, we may collect and process the following categories of personal data from you (as a project developer or representative):
Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, job title, and company name.
Professional Information: CVs or biographies of key project personnel, professional qualifications, and details about your role in the project.
Financial and Business Information: Information contained in project proposals, feasibility studies, business plans, and financial projections that may identify you as an individual.
4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties (Financiers)
To facilitate the evaluation of your project, we will share your project documentation (which may include your personal data) with our financier partners (the founders of the office) .
This sharing is a core part of our service. We only share data on a strictly need-to-know basis and require that our financier partners maintain comparable levels of confidentiality and data security. We will not share your data with any other third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
5. Confidentiality and Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your data .

- If your project is not financed: Your data will be securely deleted or anonymized within three (3) months of the final decision being communicated to you, unless you have explicitly consented to us retaining the data for future opportunities.

11.1. You have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Non-Disclosure Commitment & Data Processing Rules.
11.2. You acknowledge that Yamin Asset Management and Financial Consultancy may share your submitted information (including personal data) with its financier partners for the purpose of evaluating your project.
11.3. You accept that Yamin Office is not responsible for the data handling practices of the financiers once your data has been transferred to them; however, we undertake to share information only with financiers who are obligated to maintain confidentiality.
11.4. You are lawfully entitled to submit the information and data provided.
